These terms govern your use of phuketbayproperties.com, operated by Phuket Bay Properties Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (registration N° 0835568000738). By using this site or booking a villa through it, you agree to these terms.
Direct bookings made through this site are processed via our booking partner Hostfully and paid through Stripe. Rates, availability, minimum stay, cancellation policy, house rules, security deposit and any additional charges (including electricity, where applicable) for a given villa are those shown to you at the time of booking or communicated to you directly by our team before you confirm.
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Amounts displayed in other currencies (USD, EUR, CNY, RUB) are indicative, based on daily exchange rates, and provided for convenience only; the amount actually charged is determined at the time of payment.
Where applicable, a refundable security deposit and/or electricity charge may be collected separately in cash at the property, as communicated to you before your stay. These amounts are not processed through this website.
Cancellation terms are set per villa and communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for any cancellation request.
Enquiries about listing a villa for management, or about villas for sale, are non-binding until a separate written agreement is signed with Phuket Bay Properties Co., Ltd.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but availability, prices and descriptions may change. The binding terms of any stay or transaction are those confirmed directly with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
